Who is Talk with Leo for?
Children about 2 to 6 years old who are learning to talk, and their parents. Many families use it between speech therapy sessions.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Leo's voice, the videos, games and stories are all built into the app. Buying Leo Plus and the optional iCloud sync need internet.
How do I restore Leo Plus on a new device?
Open For grown-ups, then Leo Plus, and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone or iPad open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Talk with Leo. Or open For grown-ups, then Leo Plus, then Manage subscription.
Leo doesn't hear my child
Check that the app may use the microphone (Settings, Talk with Leo, Microphone). Speak close to the phone in a quiet room. You can always tap "I did it!" to give the star yourself.
How do I share progress with our therapist?
Open For grown-ups and tap Report for the speech therapist. The app makes a PDF you can email or print. It only leaves your phone if you share it.
How do I delete my child's data?
Remove a child in For grown-ups, Children, or delete the app to erase everything on the device. If you use iCloud sync, turn it off first.
